Comprehensive Physical Assessments
Our goal is to detect problems and treat them before they affect your quality of life. That’s why we developed a comprehensive, annual orthopedic physical called the AGING STRONG Assessment. It’s a full body, head to toe assessment of your health, including factors like:
- Injury risk
- Lifestyle needs around hydration, nutrition, and exercise
- Mortality risk
- Cardiovascular fitness
At the end of your 80 minute session, you’ll have a full understanding of how your body is functioning and the specific steps you can take to improve your health.
Preventative Physical Therapy Treatment
You and your physical therapist will talk about the results of your assessment together. We’ll give you individualized recommendations for exercise, nutrition, disease prevention, and actions you can take to meet your health goals.
If you’re dealing with pain, or your health assessment reveals a potential problem, we will work with you to build a personalized treatment plan to help you recover. Our emphasis on orthopedic manual therapy allows us to begin physically treating injuries at your first appointment. In fact, most clients report less pain after only one session.
